Constantin Schwab was born in Berlin in 1988 and grew up in Carinthia. He studied theater, film and media studies in Vienna, where he also lives today.
His stories are regularly published in literary magazines and anthologies. In 2019, he won the Emil Breisach Literature Prize of the Academy of Graz. In the same year, the story collection Der Tod des Verführers. The Journal of Valerie Vogler is his debut novel.
