Karoline Therese Marth was born in Vienna in 1995, where she also lives. She studies Creative Writing at the University of Applied Arts Vienna and works at SOS Kinderdorf as a pedagogical director.
So far she has published short prose, poetry and radio plays. For an excerpt from Yolkland she received the Retzhof Prize in 2019, the Start Scholarship for Literature in 2022 and the Project Scholarship for Literature. Yolkland is her first book.
